    Exploring your current parenting strategies in times of crisis - how they feel and whether they meet your and your child’s needs.

    What are your current parenting strategies in the time of crisis? 

    What feelings do they evoke? 

    Do they meet your and your children’s needs?

    Understanding what overwhelms your child, their emotions, and the needs they are expressing.

    What makes your child overwhelmed and emotionally charged? 

    What are their predominant feelings? 

    What needs are they trying to communicate?

    Reflecting on your own feelings and needs - how to show up as the parent you want to be.

Empathic communication has completely changed my perception of the world. It is precisely thanks to empathic communication that I have started to see more richness, possibilities, and depth in life. I am opening up to the new as well as change, both of which I accept with ever so increasing acceptance, trust, and gratitude.

The transformation I am experiencing inspires me to share what enriches my life. I do this with the hope that it will also support others to experience life more fully.
I truly believe that life is happening for us, not to us. And while pain is an inherent part of life, suffering is a choice. As an empathy-based trainer and a coach, I offer support in creating a more wonderful and empowered life, free from suffering.

Life can be so simple. If we let it be that way.

I don’t feel comfortable speaking in front of a group. Will I be expected to share my thoughts
publicly?


Participating in the exercises as well as sharing your insights are absolutely voluntary: you may
choose to share everything that comes to your mind, part of it or nothing. This is 100% up to you.

Is this group therapy?


No, this workshop is not therapy nor crisis support and must not be treated as such. The event
revolves around communication and personal growth. At the same time, it can trigger a variety of
internal processes. It is intended for adults who are not in a mental health crisis. If you are in
therapy, please consult your therapist before joining us. If you are in crisis, seek support from a
professional and make important life decisions with the support of a licensed professional.

Are 2 hours enough to actually get some practical takeaways?


During the workshops we’ll be exploring your current situation and practising naming your – and
other people’s – feelings and needs. Regardless of whether you are familiar with such a way of
communicating or not, you may get some new actionable insights and learn something new about
yourself and others.
